Legal information
Payment terms
Pre-transaction information for payments initiated or guided through MIA.
Last updated: 4 August 2026
MIA’s role
MIA guides the request; it is not a bank and must not retain credentials. The payment provider and operator must be identified before confirmation.
Pre-contract information
Where applicable, the service, zone, plate, duration, total price, currency, taxes, provider, cancellation rules and transaction reference will be displayed before payment.
Consent and authentication
An order is executed only after an affirmative action. Strong authentication or another provider control may be required; never share PINs or one-time codes outside the authorised interface.
Confirmation
A conversational request is not a completed payment. Keep the receipt and verify that the ticket, booking or service is active.
Errors, duplicates and fraud
For wrong, duplicate or unrecognised charges, contact support and your payment provider promptly. Check status before repeating the operation.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds depend on the service, operator, tariff and applicable law. Specific pre-contract information prevails.
Liability and complaints
The payment provider is responsible for processing and the operator for mobility services as legally applicable. MIA supports traceability and escalation without limiting consumer rights.
