These terms govern miapark.bot and access to MIA through its links. By using the site you accept them; otherwise, do not continue or start a conversation.

MIA is a product of TECNOLOGIA CAPITAL, S.L., NRT L-712868-Z. Any mobility operator, payment provider or other third party involved will be identified in the relevant flow.

You must have legal capacity and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, break the law, interfere with systems or make fraudulent requests.

MIA may guide actions but a conversation does not guarantee a space, rate, ticket, payment or outcome. Only the competent operator or provider confirmation is valid.

Opening WhatsApp, email, Paymeter or iPark takes you outside this site. Their own terms and policies apply.

The site, brand, copy, interfaces and assets belong to their owners or are used with permission. Do not exploit them without authority.

The site may change, be suspended or contain errors. Continuous availability and a fault-free experience are not guaranteed.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, each provider is responsible for its service and you must verify amount, plate, zone, duration and confirmation.

Access may be blocked where there are reasonable signs of fraud, abuse, security risk or breach, without limiting user rights.
