The controller for this website and MIA’s own processing is TECNOLOGIA CAPITAL, S.L., NRT L-712868-Z, in AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. A city, operator or car-park service may involve separate controllers identified when data is collected.
Scope
This policy covers miapark.bot. Conversations, payments, bookings and external operations also follow the specific notice shown in that channel.
Data processed
The static site has no forms or accounts. Hosting may create technical logs. External channels may process phone, messages, vehicle, location, operation and payment data.
Purposes
Data may be used to serve and secure the site, answer requests, manage mobility, prevent fraud, comply with law and evidence operations.
