WhatsApp consent and use
What it means to voluntarily start a MIA conversation on WhatsApp.

Voluntary start
The link opens WhatsApp with a suggested message. This website sends nothing until you review and send it in WhatsApp.
Independent provider
WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own terms and privacy policy. This landing page does not control its infrastructure or processing.
Conversation data
Your number, profile, messages, attachments and metadata may be processed to answer and perform the request. Share only what is necessary.
Consent and other legal bases
Starting the chat allows processing needed to answer you; it does not authorise unrelated marketing. Some operations rely on contract or law rather than consent alone.
Withdrawal and opt-out
You may stop, withdraw optional consent or request a human. This does not erase records that must be kept for an operation or legal duty.
Security and children
Never send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card details. Children may use the service only where law and required authorisation allow.
Privacy contact
To exercise privacy rights or ask about data protection, contact the Data Protection Officer.
